Tonight I got 2.45 miles in on the treadmill/elliptical followed by yoga. Not too bad for a Monday night I would say myself.
Saturday I ran/walked 4 miles on our local nature trail. The spring challenge is coming along, but I have many more miles to go. I have done a total of 14.61 miles and my estimated goal is 100 miles this month. Last Tuesday I had a great report from my doctor. My blood pressure is down and I lost 2 more pounds and since my last weight in at the doctor’s office in January. Since I started tracking my process I have lost a total of 42 pounds. I am almost at my goal weight!!!!
