Running Goals/JELLO workout

I did  33.88 miles in July,  this was almost four more miles than last month.  My goal for August is going to be 40 miles.  I have also started two new strength classes at the gym, Kettle Bell and Boot Camp class.  I got to tell you, Boot Camp is no joke!  Just take a look at tonights class routine.

My legs really do feel like jello.  This class is a great support group.  No matter how hard the routines are each week, it keeps me challenged.

You definitely should include classes that strengthen in your run routine.
