Tuesday – 1.5 miles on the treadmill followed by kettle bell class.  I have been working on eating healthier and eating more meals per day.   I biggest problem is getting up at the last minute just in time to grab a breakfast bar and a banana.  I need to be drinking my Shakeology for breakfast every morning.  The picture below is from my lunch on Tuesday.  Homemade pita wrap w/ no salt added turkey meat, provolone cheese, fresh avocado, and baby spinach.  The chips are Stacy original chips.

Dinner was a foot-long subway club on wheat.  I should have just had a 6 inch.

Wednesday – No Workout

Thursday –  I ran/walked 4 miles’ outside after work.  It was a little chilly but I made it through even in the dark.  As I ran by the street lamps I thought, I am so slow my shadow is faster than me. *lol*   I had a Vanilla Shakeology for lunch.

Friday – No Workout

Saturday –  I ran/walked 4 miles’ outside and it was very cold.  I didn’t realize that my three miles I was normally doing on Saturdays has now turned into four miles but I made myself push through it.

Sunday – Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine’s Day with your love ones!  My hubby and I decided just to cook at home instead of going out and fighting the crowds of people.  It was very cold outside so I did not do my 6 miles that was on the required training for Runkeeper but I did a CIZE workout instead.

Monday – No Workout and I ate awful today.  After work my husband and I got pedicures.  Being a runner I think it is very important to take care of your feet, especially when your training for a half marathon.  It’s important to keep your toenails short to prevent black toenails.  Getting a pedicure can be a great way to treat yourself after a tough, long run.  I would be careful though in having the pedicurist removing your thickened, callused skin with a razor or emery board.  You want some type of callused skin to serve as blister protection for your feet.  I am already planning on going to get a pedicure after my Diva Half Marathon but just asking them to spend more time massaging my feet and calves.

Tomorrow, Tuesday I plan on doing 1.5 to 2 miles on the treadmill followed by Kettle bell class.

Wednesday – HITT Class, Hopefully I will get 2 – 3 miles on the treadmill.

Thursday – 4 miles

Friday – Rest Day

Saturday – 4 miles

Sunday – 6 -7 miles

Goals for this week is to eat healthier and complete my required miles this week.
